SahajMoney

Accessibility Statement

We are working to make our website and digital content usable by people with disabilities across devices and assistive technologies.

Current status

SahajMoney is actively improving this website toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA and the digital accessibility requirements applicable to SEBI regulated entities. We are not making a full conformance claim at this time. Automated and manual remediation is in progress, and a formal audit by an IAAP-certified accessibility professional, including usability testing by persons with disabilities, remains part of the required independent assessment.

Measures we are taking

  • Supporting keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus.
  • Using semantic headings, landmarks, labels, and status messages.
  • Improving text contrast, reflow, touch targets, and reduced-motion support.
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and controls.
  • Publishing important investor information in accessible HTML where possible.
  • Including accessibility checks in development and content review.

Known limitations

Some legacy media, third-party content, and older documents may not yet provide complete captions, transcripts, audio description, or accessible document structure. Embedded content may also behave differently depending on the browser or assistive technology. We are reviewing these items and will provide an accessible alternative on request.

Request assistance or report a barrier

If you cannot access information or complete a task, email us at support@sahajmoney.com. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the barrier you encountered. You may also include your browser and assistive technology, but this is optional.

We will acknowledge accessibility feedback, work to provide the information or service in an accessible format, and route unresolved issues through the appropriate internal escalation process.

Standards and regulatory context

Our remediation program refers to WCAG 2.1 or later, the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites, IS 17802, the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 and corresponding rules, and SEBI's digital accessibility directions for regulated entities.
